Sharing a ATC I made with Seated Skelly stamp by Stampendous. Seated Skelly was colored with markers. His cape is outlined in a white gel pen.
Background is salty ocean distress ink, stamped over with a prima crackle stamp in white pigment ink. Sentiment is Tim's small talk sticker.
