Hi crafty friends, this is Love Owl from Angie Blom Digital Designs. I fussy cut & colored with alcohol markers & adhered to card base.
Sentiment & snowflake stamps from Recollections, stamped in tuxedo black. I added some pink snow with liquid pearls for fun. 
I used a white Gelly roll pen to highlight & hide any coloring outside the lines.
