Dog Talk Tag -Little Friends

Sharing another tag using Tim Holtz Dog Talk Stamp-Die Texture Fade Set. Love these fun and quirky dogs, especially the top one with the floppy ears! I colored the dogs with markers and die cut.  Embossed tag was colored over with distress inks and some splattered white acrylic paint. Big chat words and some heart stickers to finish.

Thinking of you Butterfly Tag

I used the shaving cream method on paper and added some distress inks in salty ocean and wild honey to get the color for this tags background. Butterfly stamp and die set colored with distress crayons and liquid pearls.

Together We Make Memories Tag

I created a tag with a floral paper background stamped with large script in jet black ink. Added liquid pearls in dazzle to make brides bouquet into pink roses. Finishing with big chat and small talk stickers and a heart brad, distressing tag with black ink to complete.

Spooky Graveyard Scene Decor for Halloween!

Halloween Graveyard

Halloween has always been my favorite to craft.So I just had to get one Halloween project in before it was too late! 
Round plywood sheet and fencing was painted black. I anchored everything with modeling paste painted black, which took forever to dry.
Coffin was completed first and I needed something for height so I altered a large matchbox to prop it on so it would be the focal point.
Embellishing with found things from my Halloween stash to finish.

Sharing a double sided tag I made for a swap I am in.The theme for this swap was to use any of Tim Holtz Crazy Animals for a Spring/Valentine Tag.
 I used a #10 chipboard kraft  tag and covered both sides with designer paper. Instead of leaving the backside of the tag blank I decided to use the Crazy Dog.
 Putting my swapping info on a smaller tag instead, and attaching it to the larger tag.
Crazy birds and dog were colored with distress crayons and a waterbrush. Red stickles were added to hearts and flowers for a little sparkle. Red eyelash yarn for tags holder which I attached the heart locket to.
I'll be shipping out to my swap partner soon. Hope she enjoys it!

Today I made a Black Cat ATC to share with you.
ATC's background is patterned paper stamped with a piece of bubble wrap in festive berries. Cat & spiderweb were stamped in Intense black archival ink, and heat embossed with a clear embossing powder. I used green watercolor pencil for his eyes and white on his body.
 I found a chipboard frame the same size as my atc. I adhered pieces of torn tissue wrapping paper to it with matte medium, and colored it with black soot distress paint and added bit of gold water color. Using tacky glue to adhere frame to atc.

Having fun with mustard seed and cracked pistachio with this neat umbrella man stamp. Background, clock stencil, and words stamp are done in mustard seed distress ink. Adding in some cracked pistachio distress stain. Stamping umbrella man in jet black archival ink, and ink rings (with a spray bottle lid) randomly for interest. Finishing with small talk word stickers and yellow button.

I made another ATC to share with you using one of the Crazy Dogs stamps by Tim Holtz, these guys pack a punch on their own!
 Background is pickled raspberry distress crayon. Dots stencil was added with black archival ink. Colored dog with distress crayons and markers. Sentiment is from Inkadinkadoo.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Blog Challenge- Artist Trading Card-ATC

My second post today! Like I said I love ATC's! It was the first thing I made when I started crafting 7 years ago. Since then my passion has become stamping and mixed media, I have learned a lot in the year that I have been stamping by just going for it.
 Here is an atc I grunged up by filing the edges and adding jet black ink & distressing in old paper.

 I used Inkadinkado doodle flowers stamped with monarch orange and fern green archival inks. Coloring with water color pencils. Filling in the areas around the flowers with mustard seed distress ink. And finished by stamping the sentiment on top with stazon forest green.
